I wanted to loose 1 kg before i started this cleanse, but i found out that i keep juggling over 57.4 - 58. 4 so that's kinda my weight, it depends on what time a day it is,
anyhow i didn't manage to get to 57, why ? i guess because there were so many parties these week...
Anyhow, i am exited for my cleanse,
i know some people only loos 8 pounds ( 54 kg )
some 10 pounds (53 kg + - )
some 14 pounds (52 kg )
ofcourse that last number is the one i love the most,
but i am preparing myself for the first number, if that happens, i still have to build it off veeeeeeeeery slowly so i don't gain and loose 1 more kg !
i am very curious what will happen...;

i'm going to the grocery for my ingredients tomorrow !

Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet
What is it ?
(at least) 10 days of 'horror' in some eyes, and 'enlightment' in the others
#1 (single serving):
You CAN loose weight with it, but when you go back to your old habits you will gain it all back on quickly.
So this is my plan
28 of july - 7 of july = 10 days of mastercleanse
the next days there is a build off program with soup and stuff,
the days after that i will eat about a maximum of 1000 calories
i will build that up to 1400 and than to 1700.
How much should i loose ?
I am now 57.4 kg = 126.3 lbs
i want to be 53 kg = 116 pounds
this means i have to loose 4.6 kg or 10 pounds
Most people loose about 10-16 pounds on the master cleanse, I am hoping to loose more than 10 pounds, about 12 pounds, so i have 'space' when the waterweight gets back on (about 1-2 pounds)
So I am very determined ! Keep following me if you want to see how it goes !
btw: i am changing the maple syrup by cane syrup because i can't find it in stores and this is cheaper, and still approved by Stanley Burroughs (the finder of this diet)

- 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon Juice (about 1/2 a Lemon)
- 2 Tablespoons of Organic grade B maple syrup (not the commercial maple flavored syrup you use on pancakes)
- 1/10 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder
- Ten ounces of filtered water

This little text was found on a style-blog-website and I makes me see how cruel our society has become, but on the otherhand I am also that cruel. I am obsessed with GETTING skinny. I think about it every day. And on 28 of june i'm starting the Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet (why and what in next post). Here some pictures of people I think look PERFECT.

The Start: my own fresh start
I think everyone has goals they had planned for this year and never made them happy. About every woman wants to lose 10 pounds and overal be more confident and happy. We never make work out of those goals.Me, I am going to make work out of my goals! This I will do my way, that is the only way...
Goals :
* be more confident (= I am very shy in a lot of situations, mostly in situations where there are people I don't know.)
* lose 11 pounds (= this I am planning on doing with the 10 days Master Cleanse Lemonade diet, everybody told me it's bad for you and you gain the weight back on. This however did not happend to the people who slowly builded they foodhabits back on, i will do the same...)
But, what goals did I already achieve ?
* I have lovely friends
* I lost about 10 pounds already
* I have an awesome closet full of clothes
* I am smart, I am following psychology and doing great
